Well, instead we communicated a feeling: the OMG! one. Our digital spot for Marketing Greece had more than 3 million people uttering “Oh! My Greece!” in a few days days with zero budget (yes, that’s viral). Engaging the pop culture approach for destination marketing seemed like a risky approach. Until proven otherwise.
